# My text disappers under a mask?

I’ve been pulling my hair out over this one…  
I’ve finally found my bug. :{

I am developing a Flash application… I have a few text fields and a few textarea components.

I have a mask over this.

The text is invisible when I compile my Flash.

WHY is this!!  
How can I fix the problem?
