# MySQL SELECT \* from news ..?

I would like to select from a column. a type. Soo I have like 3 diffent types. 1 2 and 3. How would i go about selecting only one type and displaying it. There in table news.

so i would like first to only select the rows with type nr. 2  
then display those rows that have nr. 2 as type.
