# N E one know about Transparent Layers?

hey i can’t figure out how to create a dark layer …but transparent so you can still see the photo on the first layer… i’m don’t want to do it on photoshop cause i’m going to turn that photo (on the 1st layer) a movie tween.  
Is this possible or do i have my head in the clouds?Ⓜ

use the Alpha slider in the Instance Panel. that should help.
