# National Day of Silence

Today I had no voice. I had a lot to say that I could not say. I had to defend myself, and gain my own personal respect, but was incapable of doing so. I could not express my opinion in matters that pertained to me. If I attempted, I was not heard. I now understand this day, and respect it and it’s cause.

Everyone needs a voice.

Anyone else go silent today?
