# Navigation Technique

Can anyone point me to a forum/tutorial that explains how to do the navigation technique that is seen in this website?

[Navigation](http://www.billz.ca/)

What you will see is a arrow that goes to where you click/roll over and it stops there.

I have searched Kirupa and can’t see to find how to accomplish this.

I have seen this question before. There is a tute on easing somewhere here.

Look for easing.

That’s a good word to do a search on!!!  
I was thinking of everything BUT easing!!!
