# Need Code for File Uploader

I need code (javascript, php, cgi, whatever) so I can have a simple form on an HTML page to upload files to. The user needs to be able to browse their Hard Drive and select the file, then hit an upload button that uploads to whatever directory I want. Anyone able to help me out?
