# Need help creating smooth scrolling text

HI I’m new here and wanted to see if anyone could assist me with a prob. Im trying to create smooth scrolling text where if i have an up and down arrow and click on either one i can just hold down on my clicker and the text will move seamlessly . does anyone know how to do this?
