# Need help fixing an odd issue

Be forwarned that I am in no way an advanced user of flash. That said, I have created a web-site for my department using flash and the Web-Hoster’s Web building tools. I am a Deputy for the Dallas Sheriff’s Department in Texas and decided to help with making a web-site for the department. [www.dallassheriffsoffice.com](http://www.dallassheriffsoffice.com) is the site. My problem is that it seems in windows xp there is an issue with the transparent button stage showing an outline that has to be clicked to be removed. If anyone can look at it and tell me what I can do to fix this, I would appraciate it.
