# Need help flash mx 2004 and dreamweaver 2004

Ok, so I created this flash movie right. The movie itself view just right if you were to drop it directly to the browser by using “file \> open”. However, when I try to create a indexpage and insert the movie in. It would not work at all. I am very furious, can someone please help! I can email you all the files if you need them Thanks alot.

Hi, Thankx for your replies. The thing is i have already export the movie as an swf file. After using table in DW 2004 to locate my movie, I view it in the browser and it would not work at all. Here is another catch. Same methods using DW, it works perfectly. So I guess my question is did I set up my DW 2004 right, is it because DW2004 add some weird code in the html file, so my movie won’t work. If so how do I get rid of it? or do I have to get a new DW2004. PS I got the sotfware on the macromedia site. I’m really confused now
