# Need help for an effect

hi all,  
I am pretty new here in this forum. I need help regarding making of some perticular effects which i found in a website. The site URL is :

I am wondering which s/w they are using to create the background effects which seems like transparent cloths.

Anybody know to create this type of effect? Any help will be highly appreciatable. thanks in advace
