If anyone understands this, please explain to me what went wrong and how do I fix it.

I have a regular .max file and all planes show up right, full opacity and texture.

i xref’d the scene into a larger project and almost all of it came in correct. I just have one plane that apparently is rendering out at a 20% opacity with no bump on its texture.

Why would this only happen when I xref it into another scene, and is there any way to cure it, or am I going to have to rebuild a whole area?
