Hi. I need some recommendations on a Weblog program. What I am looking for is something like [blogger.com](http://blogger.com) where visitors can create their own account and setup their weblog instantly. The weblog preferably be running using mysql and php.

Does anyone of you know of any programs out there can perform these tasks? I am looking for some chargeable programs so as support will be provided.

Thank you in advance.
