# Need help quickly

i am stuck with this scroll down menu…i mean i follow atutorial about making a scroll down menu and it just doesnt work.It says that i shuld createa movie clip first and then include all the code n stuff inside this clip. Then when i create the sub menus or buttons to connect to a different scene outside this clip it just doesnt seem to function.  
PLEASE HELP ME QUICKLY AS I NEED IT FOR AN UREGENT PROJECT.
