# Need help with audio

The problem I am seeking help for involves the “[SIZE=2][FONT=Verdana][COLOR=#003366]Creating[/COLOR][/FONT][/SIZE][FONT=Verdana][SIZE=4][COLOR=#003366][SIZE=2] a Volume Control Slider”[/SIZE] [/COLOR][/SIZE][/FONT]

tutorial which shows you how to open audio files from local files. The problem I have is that when it loads the mp3 files i want, that sometimes it will distort the file in the flash movie and speed it up so it sounds like a chipmunk talking.  
If anyone could suggest some ideas, that would be nice.
