Hiya I had an fire image in flash and im trying to apply a glowing effect onto the object itself as i tried out the filter glow tool but it is not what i wanted, anyone have any idea how to do it??

Also if you go to [spytips.net](http://spytips.net) you will see the slogan on their flash, they have these text flipping over and over again which looks really nice and the sparkling effect across the word [spytips.net](http://spytips.net)

can anyone advise me on how to achieve these results?? thanks in advance :)
