# Need help with my PS1

I recently bought of the street one of those portable ps1’s where you can just flip up the screen. It works fine, but all of a sudden one day it asks me to insert a format disc. I dont have one nor know where to get one. Could anyone help me out with this? What do I do. Is there a cd I can dload from somewhere?
