# Need help with Norton popup

:hair: Okay this is driving me absolutely nuts. I just recently installed Norton System Works. About ever 2 minutes I get a series of popups that says the Norton Worm protection dealy has found something called “whatever” that is trying to access my machine. It does not matter whether I say “block” or “allow” this thing keeps popping up, constantly! I googled the exe that was causing the problem and it is a part of my Epson printer software - something that was installed ages ago and has until now been existing peacefully on my computer.

Any ideas on how I can get it to stop or go away?
