# Need Help with Photo Gallery

Hi,
this is the photo gallery that i made using the tutorial on this site

two questions:
1. how come the whole word isn’t a button? It’s always just a certain section of the word and sometimes it does not work correctly.
2. how come in order to see the images where it appears on that site (above), I have to shift the movie clip in a different spot within the flash file?
any help would be greatly appreciated

Right click over the Button and select Edit. You’ll see some labels above the first 4 Frames: Up, Over, Down and Hit. Insert a blank keyframe under the Hit label and draw a rectangle of the size of the Button.
As for your Buttons not working properly, I didn’t see any problem… Care to explain a bit?

When you load an SWF/JPG into a MovieClip or Level, its top left corner is aligned to x:0 y:0.
Is that what you mean? 🙂

thanks for the tip on the buttons 😃
the movie:
yeah i have to set the x and y to high negative numbers in order for it to appear where you see it on the finished product.
It’s weird because in Flash its barely on the stage but in the end product it is in the right spot
