# Need help with tweaking XML menu from kirupa

Hi all,

So i followed [http://www.kirupa.com/developer/actionscript/xml\_dropdown\_menu.htm](http://www.kirupa.com/developer/actionscript/xml_dropdown_menu.htm) but instead of using the attributes i would like to use nodes. But now the submenu’s adds 2 menuItems.

I have attached the .xml and .fla. if you publish you see what i mean.

How can i fix this??
