I am wondering what steps I should take in accomplishing the following tasks.
I am trying to create a drop down nav similar to this: [http://www.anxagency.com/](http://www.anxagency.com/) and am wondering where to start.

Also, am trying to create the red pointer effect found here: [http://allhiphop.com/default.aspx](http://allhiphop.com/default.aspx) inside the subcategories of the drop down menu.

Any advice anyone can offer would be extremely appreciated.
