# Need some feedback on MediaTemple

Hi All,

I’m just trying to get some info about mediatemple. I recently went with [www.4uhosting.co.uk](http://www.4uhosting.co.uk) who appear to be absolute cowboys, therefore, I’m not even slightly sure about hosting with them as I’ll hopefully have large lists of customer records online.

I’m looking for a reseller account, but need to know if mediatemple will give me full access to a php webapp, and associated ini config, so i can set up 777 access on upload folders and so on. Also, do they charge for extra mySQL db setup, or is everything included in their original price of $20.00 per month? :snooze:

Any feedback on this would be welcome, as I’m just trying to make a decision quickly in order to get some testing and setup done over the next fortnight or so.
