A friend of mine is registering for me a domain. he had wanted to use the check option… please read quote…

I refered him to Godaddy… Do you know any fast domain registrant with a check option as means of payment? He now plans to use PayPal… How long would paypal take if he used PayPal and Paypal paid Godaddy?
