# Need web account manager software

I work at a university where we give students their own web account. My boss wants me to find some software that will centrally manage all of their accounts. He also would like for them to have their own cms’s like drupal or mambo and blogs. What’s out there that can do something like this? Is there anything that can set up new accounts, deploy installations of blogs/cms, manage files/file space?
