# New IE \_parent issue and flash sites

Hi!

I don’t know if someone else addressed this issue, but I have recently encounter a problem with IE, my flash site and links on my website that “should” open a new page in front (or a new tab in front).  
What is does instead is open a tab behind the current tab, so must user don’t know a new window is open and they go nuts clicking.  
Now I tried this on a normal html page and the tabs are opening in the front as they should be .

So it seems the \_blank is not working as it should on flash websites when the link is within the SWF, I mean it opens a new window, but instead of been in the front is actually in the back, and people miss it!

Can someone help with advice, this is a big issue for user navigation.😑
