# New site problems

I am starting to make a new site for an oil company and I have run into a few problems. For some reason, I have not assigned any actions to my buttons, but they still load home.swf even if they are hit. Why is this? I may have assigned them once, but not anymore. Also, any critiques so far would be good, anything helps.
