# New to CSS having issue with moving Div

Hello,  
I’m building my new site and decided I will do it all in CSS and using Div tags. I have a div with a background image and another div inside that with some text. I can’t figure out what css to apply to the inside div to move it in more (see attached image). The red lines are the 2 div’s and I want it to move in (shown in blue).
