# New video card, should fan blow on it?

I just installed a new video card first of all the side panel on the case that slides open has a fan on it, should this fan blow air on the card since it directly faces it, or should it blow air out? also, I can’t find an option to make sure the card is set to AGP 8X in my bios… where would it be??
