# New window, from scroller

How do you do the k-laboration thing with the mouse over in different direction?

What I want to do is put little square graphics, buttons like that in a bar and scroll it side to side, then the buttons open a javascript window when you click on them…

So:

How do you do the k-laboration thing with the mouse over in different direction?  
AND  
How do you open a new window with specs in flash.

Any tutorials?
