# Newbie problem

Being an absolute beginner in the art of building flash files I have come up against a problem that is probably very simple for everyone on this site! Having started a project, using one movie symbol and some text, shut down for the night, and on opening today I find that I have lost the ability to edit or even see my timeline work, despite the ‘test movie’ option still working fine. The timeline just displays layer 1 and no keyframes. Can anyone help…you would make fio very happy!
