# News Ticker Question

I love the news ticker tutorial offered on this site… but to fully implement it I have a question. I’d like it to display a random item from the .xml file, as I don’t like it starting over from the top each time a user visits a new blog page.

If anyone can help point me in the right direction on this one, I would much appreciate it.
