We are looking for a Flash Developer with good design sense who enjoys working in a team environment for a fulltime position. This person should have [COLOR=black]solid Actionscripting experience (AS 2.0 or higher). [/COLOR]Develop training/eLearning programs from start to finish, maintaining quality and design consistency throughout the program. Also design and develop various flash based animations and websites.

[_]Solid understanding of Flash CS3/CS4 Professional (Design and Coding)  
[_]Latest versions of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver  
[_]Experience in authoring with Flash to include development of animations and interactivities, and integration of graphics, audio, and video into Flash movies.  
[_]Ability to identify end user technical requirement and limitations and provide solutions.  
[_]Ability to develop highly creative visual and interactive solutions.  
[_]Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams both verbal and written.  
[_]Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.  
[_]Detail oriented with excellent organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

[_]Microsoft Office programs especially PowerPoint. Sound Forge or equivalent audio editing program.  
[_]Effective at brainstorming solutions, then executing the details to deliver end solutions  
[_]A strong understanding of information architecture and experience creating Flash applications from storyboards  
[_]Ability to learn new proprietary software and web applications very quickly.  
[_]Ability to set objectives, utilize appropriate design principles, and create layouts  
[_]Ability to research and visualize technical concepts as determined by instructional design.  
[_]Desire and ability to thrive in fast-paced, growing, dynamic environment.  
[_]Ability to integrate ones own approach to design with our best practices and procedures.  
[_]LMS experience is a plus.
