# No tick next to Testing Server in Dreamweaver MX 2004

Hello

I have just created a new site and filled in all the details regarding servers and have managed to establish a connection with an Access database. Now the problem I am having is that I would like to create a form to add data to the database so I click on the button to create a “Record Insertion form” but when I click that it pops up with a box that says Setup Instructions and shows no tick next to “3. setup the sites testing server”

I have set up the testing server when I created the site. I am using Dreamweaver MX 2004 on a Windows XP Pro system with IIS 5.1.

Any help would be much appreciated.
