I know there are a lot of resources online to learn OO PHP. But I focus better when I have a highlighter and a blue pen next to me while I’m reading a book.

So, what book do you recommend to learn Object-Oriented PHP programming?

I tried SitePoint’s The PHP Anthology, Object Oriented PHP Solutions but I didn’t like it. Teaches you the basics, and then tells you that you don’t have to “re-invent the wheel” and uses a lot of PEAR packages to code.
