Well, probably not really odd, but I’ve never had a client cross out the part of our agreement that states I can add their website to my portfolio…

I can’t understand why a client would not want me to add them to my portfolio. We have already agreed that I couldn’t put a link in their footer (as a design credit) but now, after giving them a MAJOR discount for the site so I can build my portfolio, I am not allowed to… I almost understand, since this is for a church… but what is the harm really?

Anyone ever have this experience with a client crossing out parts of your agreement? For a huge website at $550 you’d think they would be happy.
