ugh Iā€™m not a fan of 1.6ā€¦ I donā€™t really want to install it on my machine. Is there any way to maybe play some 1.5? ---

I installed it and updated it to cs1.6 but look at this `attch image it is still updating so I must wait antil it say ready toplay ? then I can play but I must wait for the update or what ? please help ā˜¹ ---

you need the update! It updates CS, so you will have a CS1.5 and 1.6, it installs VITAL files liek the files for the Shield, Galil, and Famas (new guns/items) ---

im in for sure tooā€¦ cs 1.6 sucksā€¦ canā€™t we play 1.5 and just use gametiger and stuff to find each other or a good IP to play on? ---

CS1.5 - many bugs, no friends list, no quick servers list, no new guns, no new items, no games list, no systemMoniter system. the only thing is that StEAM updates witself with like 3 min. updatesā€¦ which is a GOOD thing ---

OK Iā€™m in. Except the only way this is gonna work is if someone sets up a dedicated server on one of their machines. Finding people will be way too chaotic and it will never happen. But Iā€™m in for 1.6. And also about the teams, play both, who cares what team youā€™re on? That way both sides get to play both teams. -brad-:evil: ---

I have a dedicated serverā€¦ Warcraft3 mod, chickenmod, adminmod, amxmod, hlbooster, hlgaurd, csgaurd, statsme, cheating-deathā€¦ the only problem isā€¦ ITS RUNNING ON A 800mhz Celeron processor!!! AHHHHH AND PEOPEL SAY THAT THEY CANā€™T JOIN because it says SERVER NOT RESPONDING AHHHHHā€¦ _Gets to workā€¦ makes sure cvar-lan - 0_ ---

It doesnā€™t actually ā€œsuckā€ but I would rather play cs 1.5 than 1.6 because Iā€™m retty unfamiliar with 1.6! The last time my bro installed steam we had an uncountable number if problems with it! ANd many other things I canā€™t remember nowā€¦ Anyways 1-6 is like a demo or beta so me thinks that 1.5 would be much better! Do they already have clans for 1.6? ---

kiktā€¦its quake. syko, try it again, they just relased two patches that made 1.6 ub3r |33t over 1.5. a lot of the maps (like aztech) are redone. the spawns look diff and some ways are changed. its really a ton better, esp two new guns and a tactiacal shield. that and the only way i can get servers on 1.5 is to add them offa game tiger, which sucks. if you guys want me and mike will take screen caps of the new stuff (or at least i will) ---

I know whatā€™s in 1.6! And I forgot to say that steam is 2.5 GB! Cā€™mon! For some ppl thatā€™s too much! I have that space but stillā€¦! 1.6 has better graphics and stuff but I think itā€™s too early for 1.6! ---
