# Offline/Online simple image editor

Hi kirupians

I’m looking to find somewhere a tutorial or downloadfile to create something like the image.

I have a tiny website where people can upload a image. The problem is always that they try to upload huge images and totally different seizes. This is a) not good for server to upload 3 mb pictures b) not nice to see images that are different sizes.

I thought to create a little off line tool so they can create their own images with the correct site and dimensions.

Does this exist offline ?

I think these steps need to being taken:[LIST]  
[_]Open a flash projector and select “import image”.  
[_]Image is being scaled to dimensions of program  
[_]people can scale and rotate into the given canvas  
[_]crop  
[\*]save to some kind of destination on their computer[/LIST]Thats it.

Does this exist in Flash? I doesn’t need to be possible to change the pre defined image size. I will hardcode this in Flash
