I would love to REALLY know why an .FLA that’s close to 100mb in size can publish a .swf that’s 80k. Now, I understand that it only “publishes” the things that are on the stage, but I’ve got sound files now in it that I have linked, and it’s still only a couple of hundred k. Does flash have this amazing compression that no one else can match, or what? How is it that a final .swf can be so small?

Thank you in advance,
