# Old Xbox controller -\> New xbox controller

Since the old xbox controller was basically a USB controller, and you could readily convert it to work on the PC. Is it possible for it to work on the xbox 360 if I convert it to USB?

The only thing i can think of that would stop it working is that if microsoft actually made software to prevent it working.

Anyone done it/tried it?
