Just had to share my joy just received my alienware super system… Dual AMD processor 200 gb’s worth of hd nvidia quadro vid card sound blaster Dual monitors 20 in crt and a 17viewable flat (already had this stuff) cyborg green with the green alien ice cooling. I love this thing more than my truck!!! I played CS on it and man can I tell the diff…can run LW7.5 max and photoshop…plus others all at the same time…OOOOHHHH IM IN LOVE… ---

Lol. AlienWare certainly provide a cool finish to their products but they are \*\*\*\* expensive compared to constructing your own system… ---

yeah but I had to treat myself (set me back 3g’s)…it looks so darn cool…and it has some things you would not be able to build yourself…Plus it looks so dang cool…I am mesmerized by it…It makes my office look so freakin cool… ---

actually my employment status has changed I only contract with eidos/microsoft me and a buddy opened a design studio in Berkely. Right off of Ashby. BUt I have a lump of clients in SF (plus my old work buddies) so I am down there often maybe we can hook up… I was down towards the Moscone Center…I guess that is south not sure. ---

Congrats on going it on your own. Bezerkely is fun. The People’s Republic of Berekely. A little restrictive, but a fun town none the less. ahahaha…It can actually be either I customized their workstation package. BTW my alienware is equipped with GPS and an automatic self destruct that will detonate upon reaching a certain distance from my office…you guess the distance…heehee long as you dont steal the free t-shirt I got with my purchase. ---

I would’ve almost shared your joy if it hadn’t been for my recent purchase… Thermaltake Xaser III 90% aluminium chassi, 7 coolingfans plus a front panel fan controlling system. Front panel made of amazingly good looking steel and a nice E-LED. Inside there is: 1x 180GB 1x 120 GB 1x 80 GB 1x 60 GB Total: 440 GB P4 2,53 GhZ 768 DDR Ram Radeon 9700 Pro Creative soundblaster audigy 2 platinum (with 5.1 surround + subwoofer) And of course cool cold cathode light tubes… And a nice 17 TFT Samsung special edition. Oh and there is a break-in alarm system to, so now thiefs can steal my \*\*\*\* without letting me know about it 🙂 Download the .rar to look at some pictures. And yes, I just had to brag… I put this together myself, I’d say that this all together cost max 1200$ USD (without screen) ---
