# % on preloading external .swf

hey there.
I have a small problem i am unable to solve… so i turn to you the experts… =)
i have a main movie (main.swf)
loading in another movie by button clickadge on (release)
ive made it so that a block goes over were the movie is going to be displayed, and then moves away once it has finished loading
on this block that i have made go over the container of the loaded movie ( so you cant c anything untill its completly done) i want a % loader of the movie which is gonna be displayed

Rule:
i do not want a preloader in every external .swf movie
i want 1 preloader that checks the remaining bytes on whatever is being loaded in

the main button link in menu may take some time … 400kb movie being loaded… and since theres no preloader ( the bar u c when u change movies is the progress bar i wanna use) u dont know how long left

u checked the kirupa tutorial on preloading?
that should work fine.
