# One of the things that bothers me about using classes

is actually just an interface issue, that one must save the doc before exporting.

I like to be experimental in my coding, change lots of things etc, keep exporting, and if I make a big \*\*\*\* up, I can just close the doc without saving and reopen it.

I don’t suppose there is any way round this using classes? Just make sure you don’t change so much that you can’t undo everything?

Try the concept of version management.

for each change made save the file with a new name (pointing to the change made)

or simply… v1 v2 v3 etc:

Fair enough yep, I guess it’s not a big deal. I’ll just have to change my ways a bit, and also remember to save it as something new before experimenting, then if it all goes \*\*\*\* up, I can just delete and revert back to the old file 🙂
