# onEnterFram sound fade

I was wondering if anyone knew a script that would have **sound1.mp3** fade out when Flash got to a particular frame, and fade in **sound2.mp3** while/after **sound1.mp3** was fading out.  
Otherwise the sound would loop until the frame had gone forward one and then the music would fade back to **sound1.mp3**

Thanks in advanced, any help appreciated.
