I’m thinking about setting up my own online ad serving platform that would serve Flash ads as well as track impressions, click-throughs and user interactions. I am therefore looking for someone who has experience in this area, who would be able to build a robust system based on my specifications.

Please send me a work proposal and rate.

Thanks.
