is there a way to detect what resolution the user is viewing in?? (1024, 800 or 1152) etc…

was thinking if there is a way to detect user screen resolution…

then…
1152 resolution users can go to the normal index page / site which loads up in the same window, all on 1 screen.

and…
1024 resolution users get directed to index page 2, which then pops up a new window in the centre of the screen

with…
800 resolution users get directed to index page 3 which then opens up full screen.

is this possible?

Thanks a lot!!
