# Opening a new window within flash

Hi

I am going to create a projector ( so my project won’t be online).I have a button called “about this project”. I would like to know  
-when a user clicks on it I am able to open a movie clip that just contains text with a scrollbar. Also I want a close button so users are able to close it after they have finished reading it.

Greatly appreciated if you can help.
