# Opening a website from flash, and Changing quality by actionscript

Question 1:  
Basically I need to change the quality of the entire movie by actionscript…

Question 2:  
How do I open a website from flash like this:

opens a new tab in your browser (like mozilla firefox) otherwise open a new browser (like internet explorer)

and opens the website

I imagine something like this

```auto

var myMc:MovieClip = _root.attachMovie("myMovie", "blah", 10);

myMc.url ["mywebsiteaddress", true];
               //url //Open in a new tab?

```
