Okay i’m really sorry for the long title and all but I have a client with no budget and I am going to try and get a CMS that will work with my Flash Navigation that I am creating. I can set up frames or no frames depending on what works best. But I would need to be able to upload text, images, and video. They are a non-profit and all I am designing is a nav and they will handle the rest.
