# Optimal Movie Settings?

Hey Everyone,  
I’m trying to display a movie in a flash file i create. What are the optimal settings for the movie to make playback the best? I tried using a MOV file, and I used the video converter and converted to a swf movie. Any other suggestions? Any specific codecs I should use?

Why don’t you just use the published .swf file? Unless I don’t understand your question.
