# Optimize simple embedded flv

So i have an embedded flv animation I made in aftereffects. It’s simply in a movieclip on the stage. It’s pretty large, and because i have other tweens happening at the same time, slower computers seem to be slowing down the video. Does anyone know anything I could do to optimize it? thanks!
