I am actually looking for some decent image software for OS X,

I am not too happy with iPhoto, and many others that I checked,

I am looking for something that I can view images without first importing and it must have buttons (next image - prev. image, etc) iPhote does’t have that option, I can only import and play gallery and stuff. I need something that I can open image and without closing the window I should be able to click next image , next and next without importing etc etc similar to Windows Applications,

I have a very little space in mac so importing options will not work I have external drives with media. Any one has any suggestions. oh and also once I find a software how do I make it as a default application for all images. without selecting option ‘open with’

thank you
